Curbside Protocol

WOOF!  My name’s Motor and for those of you who don’t know me, I run Sierra View Animal Hospital.  I wanted to let all my furry friends know that we are continuing to practice curbside medicine.   Ruff, that's right I'm sorry but your human will have to wait outside while you are being seen.  These safety precautions will help keep your humans and your favorite healthcare team safe.

There are a few safety precautions I would like you to tell your humans about before they bring you in for your next visit.

1. Ruff! I kindly ask when you arrive for your appointment that you keep your human in the car. (Don’t forget to roll down a window for them) 😊 Tell your human to call us & let us know you are here for your appointment and I'll send one of my team members to come out to get you.  We kindly ask that your human stay in the car while the doctor does your exam.  The doctor will call your human as soon as they have performed the exam to go over all of their findings.  Once you are all done, one of my team members will call your human to charge them out over the phone while another team member escorts you back to your car.

2.  If you need a prescription or food refill, please tell your human to call us ahead of time and we can have that ready for them. Let your human know we are more than happy to take their payment over the phone and bring your medication out to the car for them.

3.  I request that you please limit the number of humans you bring with you to your appointment.(Maybe just your driver.) Ruff I know!

4.  Woof!! Finally, if your humans are sick, please have them reschedule your appointment. However, if you are really sick and need to see Dr. Battles or Dr. Conlan right away, call our office and we will do our best to help you. We may be able to offer a doctor consultation over the phone or a drop off appointment. We will do what we can to help you while keeping our favorite humans as safe as possible.

I had to put these measures into place to help protect your human family as well as my team.  I greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.  If your humans have any additional questions, please feel free to have them contact my team at 559-432-1200.
